Licensing disclaimer: The platform is not responsible for verifying or obtaining professional licences, work permits, residency documents, or any official documentation relating to service providers or users. Each party is solely responsible for ensuring that all required documents and licences are valid and lawful.

3. Legal and Financial Disclaimer

Service quality and conduct: The platform bears no legal, civil, or criminal responsibility for the quality of services provided or for the conduct of teachers or nannies outside the technical scope of the platform.

Financial transactions: The platform accepts no responsibility for transfers of funds or financial communications made directly between the parties. Any contractual or financial relationship between them is solely their responsibility and carries no guarantee from the platform.

4. Accounts and Platform Conduct

The platform administration may suspend, block, or terminate any account found to violate public morals, use the platform for unlawful purposes, or attempt to manipulate commission mechanisms or internal platform policies.

5. Rating and Review System

Users may rate service providers based on genuine experience. The platform reserves the right to review, edit, or remove ratings at its discretion, particularly ratings containing inappropriate language, abuse, or misleading information.

Public visibility: The ordinary service provider profile, including name, experience, qualifications, and profile image, may be displayed publicly to platform visitors.
